Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Analyze inventory movements, stock levels, adjustments, and trends to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.
- Investigate inventory variances, root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare inventory performance reports and dashboards for management and customers.
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives to achieve operational and customer KPIs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and IT teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, customer requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor aging inventory, slow-moving stocks, and obsolete inventory, providing recommendations for action.
- Participate in process improvement projects focused on inventory management and warehouse efficiency.
- Assist during customer audits and internal inventory reviews.
- Support system testing, inventory data validation, and WMS-related activities as required.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar inventory platforms.
