Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or a Graduate of Accountancy/Business-related programs
- Amenable to report onsite
- Must be residing in Cauayan or nearby location
- Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
- With inventory count and management experience is an advantage
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work and coordinate with a virtual team
- Working knowledge in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications and other Data Analytics tool
Job Responsibilities
- Perform assigned inventory activities timely and effectively
- Responsible for managing supplies, equipment and/or services ordering and inventory
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data management skills
- Visit site for ocular inspection for preparation for Physical Count
- Uploading of count result in client's Sharepoint
- Verification of invalid items, invalid racks and racks not yet counted
- Perform routine clerical duties including administrative work
- Multitask efficiently and effectively
- Can lead the team effectively during the day of count
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality output aligned with PwC global assurance standards and engagement team's expectations
- Keep up-to-date with technical accounting developments using the firm's knowledge and research tool
- Evaluate and review staff performance and discusses points for improvement
- Assist engagement manager in planning, execution and completion activities
- Lead interviews and discussions with clients and other third-party contacts
- Contribute to a positive working environment by knowledge sharing and working effectively with team members
- Act as an ambassador of the firm's processes and policies
