What You'll Do
- Validate inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments, in the ERP system.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities, and help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Process inventory adjustments and corrections, ensuring transactions are properly documented and approved.
- Prepare inventory-related reports and support the monitoring of inventory balances and movements.
- Perform inventory reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, procurement, and other teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in cost or inventory accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic data analysis skills.
