Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Inventory Monitoring & Control – Maintain accurate system inventory versus physical stock; investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Transaction Management – Ensure timely and accurate posting of material issuances, returns, conversions, and other inventory transactions, with complete supporting documents.
  • Physical Count & Reconciliation – Lead/support cycle counts and month-end inventory counts; conduct variance analysis, identify root causes, and facilitate necessary adjustments.
  • Inventory Reporting & Analysis – Monitor inventory KPIs and prepare accurate inventory reports for manufacturing plants to support operational decision-making.
  • Material Status Monitoring – Consolidate and report damaged, rejected, slow-moving, obsolete, and expired materials/products, including timely material pull-out or disposal.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance – Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency while ensuring compliance with established processes and coordinating with QA, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, TPM, and Suppliers.
  • Technical & Analytical Competencies – Apply strong inventory-control knowledge, ERP/NetSuite skills, BOM and production transaction knowledge, reconciliation and variance-analysis skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional communication.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing inventory control.
  • Education: Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills & Certification: Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, with strong analytical and inventory reconciliation skills.
