To manage and track inventory in a cold storage warehouse environment.
To ensures that stock is properly maintained, accurate inventory records are kept, and orders are fulfilled efficiently while complying with safety and temperature-related guidelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors the product inventory inside the warehouse facility.
Generates daily inventory report and warehouse utilization.
Monitors incoming and outgoing products.
Manages the receiving, storing, and transferring of goods.
Monitors the condition of items in stock.
Ensures the implementation of FIFO or FEFO of client's stocks.
Documents the product details.
Track and report on inventory movement and any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records of all products stored in the warehouse.
Coordinates with customers and ensure inventory records are updated.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree graduate of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar course
Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain management, preferably in a cold storage environment.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Knowledgeable with MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
With good written and oral communication skills
