- Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna
JOB PURPOSE
- To manage and track inventory in a cold storage warehouse environment.
- To ensures that stock is properly maintained, accurate inventory records are kept, and orders are fulfilled efficiently while complying with safety and temperature-related guidelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors the product inventory inside the warehouse facility.
- Generates daily inventory report and warehouse utilization.
- Monitors incoming and outgoing products.
- Manages the receiving, storing, and transferring of goods.
- Monitors the condition of items in stock.
- Ensures the implementation of FIFO or FEFO of client's stocks.
- Documents the product details.
- Track and report on inventory movement and any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all products stored in the warehouse.
- Coordinates with customers and ensure inventory records are updated.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree graduate of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar course
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain management, preferably in a cold storage environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Knowledgeable with MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- With good written and oral communication skills
