Gather data on inventory, demand, and supply processes; scrutinize it to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Maintain Inventory Procedures and Master Data Integrity
Oversee ERP input accuracy, ensure consistent MATCODE/designation handling, and maintain trackers for netting, return, disposal, and aging items.
Generate and Update Reports and Dashboards
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reportsranging from SKU-level insights and PR releases to netting and disposition statuswhile ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams
Work with SCM staff, Engineering, Logistics, and vendors to align on demand forecasts, inspection outcomes, pullout schedules, and root cause resolutions.
Drive Continuous Process Improvement
Recommend improvements in supply chain processes, such as inventory allocation, netting workflows, reporting efficiencies, and inspection protocols.
Conduct Issue Resolution and Data Quality Audits
Identify and address data anomaliesincluding calculation errors, missing values, integration issues, and duplicateswithin tight SLAs to uphold reporting integrity.
Coordinate Inspection Activities and Follow-Ups
Schedule inspections (visual/functional), complete them promptly, document outcomes, escalate issues, and ensure resolutionsincluding vendor coordination and GR processing.
Perform Inventory Audits
Execute audits of key warehouses (e.g., GT, FTK, extended), document discrepancies and findings, and work with stakeholders to reconcile and update inventory records.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables), Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communicator and collaboratorbuilding relationships across teams
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability to investigate inventory gaps
Organized multitasker who can work independently
Can conduct basic root cause analysis for discrepancies
