The Inventory Control Analyst (ICA) is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of store inventory records through proper encoding of Production, GRPO, and Inter-branch Transfer (IT) transactions in SAP. Conducts daily cycle counts, manages stockroom inventory, performs counter duties, and handles related administrative work to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize variances, and support smooth store operations.
PART OF THE SCOPE OF THE JOB WOULD BE
- Accurately encode Production, Goods Receipt (GRPO), and Inventory Transfer (IT) transactions in SAP
- Verify delivery receipts, production reports, and other inventory documents before processing
- Monitor stock movements, conduct daily cycle counts, and reconcile inventory with SAP records
- Maintain an organized stockroom by ensuring proper storage, labeling, and FIFO implementation
- Prepare inventory reports, investigate stock variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with store operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve inventory issues and maintain accurate records
- Support cost control by minimizing inventory discrepancies, spoilage, and stock losses
- Ensure compliance with SAP procedures, company policies, and audit requirements while performing other assigned administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- .At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or inventory/admin encoding.
- Experience in SAP is required.
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of RMS/POS is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, reconciliation, and inventory management skills.
