Inventory Control Analyst
Job Summary
Green Cross Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations. The role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, analyzing inventory movements, and supporting operational planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation of variances
- Analyze inventory movements and generate reports for management decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of inventory transactions in SAP or other systems
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy
- Support warehouse operations in ensuring proper stock handling and storage
- Assist in planning and optimizing stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related course
- Open to fresh graduates; experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Amenable to work on-site in Makiling, Calamba
