Qualifications
At least college level in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related course
Minimum 12 years experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control
Background in beauty, aesthetic, or medical supplies is an advantage
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in counting and documentation
Knowledgeable in FIFO, stock reconciliation, receiving, and issuance procedures
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems
Physically fit and able to assist in stock handling and warehouse operations
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, count, and record all incoming stocks accurately
Ensure proper labeling, classification, and storage of products and machines
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records
Implement and strictly follow FIFO and inventory control procedures
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations for stock issuance and delivery
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations
Identify discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report immediately to management
Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of inventory and storage areas
Assist in packing, releasing, and documentation of outgoing items
