Job Description

Conduct monthly reviews and updates of asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Undertake responsibilities related to the effective management and maintenance of Aice assets.
Review and validate asset information through the portal system to ensure data accuracy prior to the approval of freezer placement agreements.
Monitor freezer placements as a secondary responsibility to verify the accuracy of monthly asset data, based on information provided by the respective market.
Oversee the management and operation of the asset portal system to maintain data integrity and system efficiency.
Address application and system-related concerns raised by distributor representatives and market-level application users.
Proficiency in common office software applications is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and, accurately.
Demonstrates a high level of learning agility and strong language and organizational skills.
Capable of identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Relevant work experience is an advantage.
