Qualification

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Management or any related.
Proven experience in inventory management, auditing or related roles.
Familiarity with inventory control and audit processes.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Can work on-site and do field work.
Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.

Duties And Responsibilities

Ensuring inventory is accurate and prepares monthly inventory report.
Conducting check and balance with physical count and system records.
Ensure that the statutory inventory reports will be submitted to BIR on or before the deadline.
Proper recording of the products breakages through conducting monitoring and adjustment both in manual and system.
Prepare breakage monthly report with root cause and recommendation.
Ensure all delivery transactions are properly documented and supported for billing.
Create delivery receipt monitoring to ensure it will match with the sales invoice and billing statement.
Prepare weekly reports for outstanding and unmatched delivery receipts.
Ensure completeness and accountability of received shipments against supplier's record.
All discrepancies with received shipments must be resolved after 3 days.
File all valid claims to suppliers.
