Job Overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee stock management and warehouse operations. The role involves ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and proper coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2–4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management
- Experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage
- Familiar with stock monitoring, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation
- Knowledgeable in inventory systems and warehouse processes
- Strong analytical and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory monitoring and warehouse organization
- Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory documentation
- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams
- Implement warehouse safety and operational standards
- Train and guide warehouse staff on proper procedures
