What You'll Do:
The Inventory and Order Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end order processing and inventory control. This role coordinates closely with Key Accounts (KAs), the Merchandising Team, warehouse operations, and external partners to ensure accurate inventory records, timely order fulfillment, and smooth B2B and B2C transactions, including KOL-related movements and supplier transfers.
1. Order Processing
- Process and manage orders from various channels (EDI, online portals, email, and internal systems).
- Validate order accuracy, confirm details, and release orders for fulfillment.
- Monitor order status to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Coordinate B2B and B2C transactions, including KOL outgoing shipments.
2. Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems (WMS/OMS).
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and aging inventory.
- Track incoming stocks from suppliers and inter-warehouse transfers.
- Reconcile discrepancies and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Closely coordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock movements and availability.
- Consolidate reports for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
3. Logistics & Warehouse Coordination
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage reverse logistics and returns processing.
- Monitor stock expiration dates and ensure proper inventory rotation.
4. Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely system updates in WMS and OMS.
- Generate inventory, fulfillment, and stock movement reports.
- Analyze inventory trends and provide insights for demand planning and replenishment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in order management, logistics, inventory control, or related field.
- Experience using WMS, OMS, or ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to coordinate with internal teams, warehouse staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
