We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to manage our finished goods inventory and ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paco, Manila, with immediate hiring.

As an Inventory and Customer Liaison Specialist, you will be pivotal in bridging our production and sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Relationship Management: Develop deep product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries, recommend optimal solutions, and ensure all product and delivery requirements are consistently met.
Inventory & System Management: Take ownership of the finished goods inventory, including meticulous management and regular reconciliation to ensure accurate data alignment within the SAP system.
Operational Liaison: Coordinate effectively with the production team regarding stock levels, quality control checks, and movement of finished products.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile, analyze, and prepare comprehensive data reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications And Skills
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who meets the following criteria:
Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience is strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy is a must, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Experience with SAP Business One is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent command of the English language (fluency required) to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
Note: Candidates must be 35 years old or younger.
