1. 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant role, preferably focused on Health Information Exchange (HIE) or healthcare interoperability.
2. Strong functional knowledge of InterSystems HealthShare products, including the Unified Care Record (UCR), Clinical Viewer, and Care Management features.
3. Demonstrated experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 V2, CCDA, FHIR) and the functional implications of data exchange.
4. Ability to read and understand technical artifacts (e.g., DTL mappings, data models, integration specifications) to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and querying tools (e.g., SQL) for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Prior experience configuring HealthShare features like Provider Directory or Consent Management.
2. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a healthcare IT setting.

Detailed Job Description
The InterSystems HealthShare Techno-Functional Analyst acts as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the technical development team. This role combines deep knowledge of InterSystems HealthShare functionality with strong business analysis skills, focusing on translating healthcare business needs into technical requirements for the HIE platform.
Key Responsibilities
. Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Work closely with HIE participants, clinical users, and business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for HealthShare HIE enhancements or new integrations.
. System Design and Configuration: Analyze existing HealthShare functionalities and recommend optimal configurations or custom development solutions, particularly related to the Unified Care Record (UCR), clinical viewing, and patient-centric workflows.
. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute detailed test plans, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the implemented solutions meet the documented business requirements and data quality standards.
. Data Flow and Governance: Analyze clinical data flow, including message content and transformations, to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., data provenance, consent management).
. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and end-user training materials.
. Support and Optimization: Provide Tier 2/3 functional support for the HealthShare platform, troubleshooting application issues and suggesting system improvements for performance and user experience.
