Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Internship Opportunity position located in Mandaluyong City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Interns will assist in guiding and engaging children in daily activities that emphasize hands-on learning, practical life skills, and creative exploration. Responsibilities will include supporting educators in preparing materials, facilitating classroom routines, and ensuring children's safety and well-being. Interns will have opportunities to develop professional skills in early childhood education while contributing to a meaningful and supportive learning environment. Candidates will collaborate closely with teachers, children, and families to uphold the values-driven ethos of KumaCare.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of early childhood education principles and a genuine interest in working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with children, educators, and families effectively.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for preparing classroom materials and maintaining an orderly learning environment.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for fostering a love for learning through hands-on activities and exploration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a positive attitude toward professional growth in the education field.
• Previous experience in a childcare, teaching, or related setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
