INTERNATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE

(Philippines Only)

Remote Position | Performance-Based Monthly Allowance (USD 300) + Commission During Probation | International Recruitment Projects

AsiaJobs Global is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and highly professional International Sales Executive from the Philippines to join our growing international team and help expand our global recruitment and workforce solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships. You will work directly with employers, recruitment agencies, hospitals, staffing companies, manufacturers, and corporate clients across international markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new international business opportunities and recruitment projects across multiple industries, including blue-collar, white-collar, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, logistics, IT, retail, and other sectors.

• Develop long-term business relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, staffing companies, HR consultancies, manufacturers, contractors, hospitals, medical centers, hotels, and corporate clients worldwide.

• Actively generate new leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns, cold calling, WhatsApp, business directories, online platforms, networking events, AI-powered research tools, and other digital channels.

• Build and maintain a structured database of prospective clients, regularly updating and managing sales pipelines through CRM systems.

• Conduct daily outreach activities, including calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, follow-ups, presentations, and online meetings with prospective international clients.

• Present AsiaJobs Global's recruitment and workforce solutions professionally, understand client requirements, and convert prospects into long-term business partners.

• Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, coordinate agreements, and support the successful onboarding of new clients.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful execution of recruitment projects.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and project acquisition targets while maintaining high-quality client relationships.

• Monitor international market trends, identify new business opportunities, and proactively expand the company's client portfolio across Europe, North America, GCC countries, Asia, and other global markets.

• Represent AsiaJobs Global with professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-focused approach in every client interaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, International Business Development, Project Acquisition, Recruitment Sales, Account Management, or International Client Management.
  • Experience working with international clients and decision-makers is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to independently generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a major advantage, particularly in blue-collar recruitment, white-collar recruitment, healthcare recruitment, and international manpower projects.
  • Strong understanding of international sales, prospecting, and digital communication channels.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools, Facebook and social media platforms, CRM systems, email outreach tools, cold-calling and international calling platforms, WhatsApp Business, AI tools and productivity platforms, and business research / lead generation tools.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, professional, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently.

Compensation Structure

First 3 Months — Probation Period

Performance-Based Monthly Allowance

• Receive a USD 300 monthly allowance upon achieving the agreed monthly target of five (5) recruitment projects.

• The monthly allowance is performance-based.

• If the monthly target of five projects is not achieved, no base allowance will be paid for that month.

Commission Structure

• Commission is paid for every successfully deployed candidate, not for signed contracts.

• Blue-collar projects: USD 20 per deployed candidate.

• White-collar projects: USD 30 per deployed candidate.

• Other project categories may have different commission structures.

Example

If you successfully secure five recruitment projects during the month and each project results in 10

successfully deployed candidates, you will receive:

• USD 300 performance-based monthly allowance; plus

• Commission for all 50 deployed candidates across the five projects.

This means your earning potential can increase significantly based on your performance and the

number of successful candidate deployments.

After Successful Completion of the Probation Period:

Your compensation package will be reviewed and renegotiated based on your performance during the probation period.

Since we evaluate employees based on actual performance, consistency, business development ability, and project results, we do not determine a fixed long-term salary before probation.

Based on your achievements, the revised compensation package may include:

• Higher fixed monthly salary

• Performance bonuses

• Higher commission incentives

• Additional performance-based rewards
