PROMAX, under the Filinvest Group, is looking for a results-driven International Sales Director to champion the global expansion of Filinvest Land Inc.s premier real estate portfolio.

This role is at the forefront of bringing Filipinos and global investors closer to meaningful property investments—through strong market presence, powerful partnerships, and high-performing sales teams across key international markets.

What You'll Drive

Global Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Lead international sales across priority regions and deliver strong, consistent revenue performance
  • Own the full sales cycle—from pipeline building to deal closing
  • Achieve (and exceed) ambitious targets aligned with business growth priorities

Market Expansion & Brand Presence

  • Identify and unlock high-potential markets (Middle East, North America, Asia-Pacific)
  • Strengthen Filinvest's footprint through strategic deployments and community engagement
  • Represent the brand globally, elevating visibility and trust among overseas Filipinos and investors

International Partner Network (IMP)

  • Build and activate a strong ecosystem of International Marketing Partners
  • Drive partner productivity through aligned programs, incentives, and performance management
  • Position IMPs as key growth enablers in each market

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing international sales team
  • Provide coaching, structure, and direction to drive accountability and results
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ownership

Cross-Market Collaboration

  • Partner with In-Market Country Directors to co-create and execute market strategies
  • Maximize conversions through aligned sales initiatives and localized execution

Operations & Client Excellence

  • Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for efficient sales processing
  • Uphold compliance in budget and deployment management
  • Deliver a premium, advisory-led client experience, from inquiry to investment

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • 10+ years of international real estate sales experience
  • Proven leadership at Director level or equivalent
  • Track record of delivering ₱750M+ annual sales production (individual or team-based)
  • Strong global network of International Marketing Partners (IMPs)
  • Experience with Philippine developers is a strong advantage
