The Role

Were hiring an International Sales & Business Development Manager to lead Teach Aways growth into new school groups, regions, and partnerships with a primary focus on international schools and education providers. This is a strategic, outward-facing role focused on identifying and closing new business opportunities across EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and LATAM.

Youll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to solution design, negotiation, and handoff to the customer success team. Youll collaborate closely with our leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure were delivering exceptional value to schools and teachers alike.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and build relationships with international school groups, ministries of education, and other strategic partners
  • Own the full sales process: discovery, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Manage a qualified pipeline and forecast accurately to leadership
  • Represent Teach Away at global education events and conferences
  • Collaborate with product and implementation teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape new products and offerings
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health within our CRM

About You

  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in international education, EdTech, recruitment, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience using Salesforce or Hubspot CRM
  • Experience selling into or working with international K12 schools is a strong asset
  • Former international teacher or school administrator Even better you understand the ecosystem from the inside
  • Relationship-first approach to sales youre more trusted advisor than transactional seller
  • Self-starter that thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
  • Culturally fluent youre comfortable navigating conversations across regions and time zones
  • A passion for education and a belief in the power of great teachers
  • Comfortable managing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders

This is a remote position based in Asia, Europe, or Africa.
