The International Roaming Manager should be able to
- Craft and execute wholesale roaming strategies and plans that has been developed and agreed.
- Develop and manage commercial relationships with international roaming partners and third-party service providers
- Develop and manage the commercial success of international roaming services
Job Description
- Develop and grow the inbound roaming business
- Good contractual relationship management with partners. This includes setting up, updating, negotiation, and renegotiation (if needed) of roaming agreements.
- Tracking of HUR (High Usage Reporting) and roaming fraud detection,
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and completeness of exchanged information.
- Tracking and validation of exchanged data and information produced by the DCH and FCH
- Improvement of portfolio of products and services.
- Design and test of new roaming products and services,
- Full roaming test performance,
- Manage, lead, direct and develop the roaming team
- Management and handling of roaming concerns
- Management of roaming information between all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- College degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international roaming operations
- Excellent knowledge of traffic measurements and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of international standards (related to roaming)
