Qualifications:

With real estate sales experience is an advantage

Must have PRC Registration and DHSUD (or willing to process soon)

Graduate of any course or at least 72 units above

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Meta Ads, and Google Apps

Highly Independent, can do productive work with minimal supervision

Pleasing personality with good people skills

Team Player, very trainable, teachable, honest, assertive and persistent

Dynamic, flexible, and willing to work under pressure

Willing and ready to travel
