International Property Specialist

Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. (ALISI) promotes and markets real estate products such as land, buildings, and residential units developed by Ayala Land, Inc., and its subsidiaries both within and outside the Philippines. Incorporated in March 2005, ALISI targets the Overseas Filipino market, and since 2007, has expanded globally, participating in events to reach Filipinos worldwide. ALISI has established permanent offices in key cities such as San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and New York. The company leverages digital platforms to enhance its global reach and support its broker network.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist based in Makati, with some work-from-home arrangements. The International Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate products to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining updated market knowledge. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, property showings, sales presentations, and negotiating and closing deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proven Sales proficiency
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
