Role Summary: Leads global legal operations, corporate drafting, cross-border transactional law, dispute resolution, and asset/debt recovery

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure holding trusts, operating companies, and inter-corporate lease/management contracts.
• Draft commercial contracts, employment agreements, investor instruments, and asset purchases.
• Represent or oversee international litigation, debtor tracing, and legal asset recovery actions, criminal, global environmental laws, create trust account around the world for me, open bank accounts for me if possible, be able to conduct zoom meetings during Canada time zones at no extra costs due to time zone restrictions.
• Real estate and Assets acquisitions.
• Create a new company for me for car rentals
• Draft all founder documents for partnerships, founder exit, founder agreements and ownership rights and advise per global law I need to know.
• Retain, instruct, and manage external legal agents and Private Investigators.
  
  

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday (11pm - 8pm MNL time)

Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection

Must be wiling to work (Home-based)
