We are currently looking for a results-driven, highly articulate, and empathetic International Admissions Advisor based in the Philippines to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work with warm leads only — professionals, engineers, and architects who have already shown interest in our programs and events. You will guide prospective students throughout their decision-making journey and help them access international educational opportunities and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture warm leads through fast and professional follow-up across multiple channels (phone calls, WhatsApp/Viber, and email)
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand candidates professional goals and learning needs
  • Present and explain educational programs, certifications, and event offerings
  • Drive registrations and successfully close enrollments
  • Handle objections confidently regarding pricing, schedules, and certification recognition
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead information and sales activity within the CRM system
  • Track pipeline performance and contribute to sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 English proficiency required)
  • Neutral or professional corporate accent highly preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, educational/admissions sales, customer success or teleconsulting
  • Experience working with technical audiences such as engineers, architects, or technology professionals is a strong advantage
  • Strong active listening, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Viber, and online registration/payment platforms is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote work setup

Conditions

  • 100% remote
  • Monday to Friday
  • Base salary: USD 400–500 per month + performance-based commission structure
  • Spain and Philippines business hours
