International Accounts Receivable Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven International Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support our international restaurant operations by managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding balances and accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with international customers, franchise partners, and internal teams regarding billing concerns and overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing disputes, and account variances.
• Prepare collection reports, account statements, and other financial reports for management review.
• Assist with month-end closing, financial reconciliations, and audit requirements.
• Monitor foreign currency transactions and international payments, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting.
• Experience handling international accounts or working with overseas clients is an advantage.
• Background in the restaurant, food service, or franchising industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
