Job Description

Title: Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist

Work Schedule

Mid Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal HR team. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the organization's workforce and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and manage offers in coordination with HR and relevant business stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure ATS/HR systems are updated in a timely manner.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and hiring quality.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employee referral initiatives.
  • Develop market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
