Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Manager to lead the organization's in-house recruitment function for a growing restaurant chain. The role will oversee end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume restaurant hiring, talent pipeline development, and recruitment support for multiple branches and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, or retail recruitment, with proven experience managing internal recruitment teams and delivering high-volume hiring requirements across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization's internal recruitment operations, ensuring timely and quality hiring across all business functions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with manpower requirements, business growth, and store expansion plans.
  • Oversee high-volume recruitment for restaurant crew, team leaders, shift supervisors, store managers, area managers, and other operational positions.
  • Manage recruitment for corporate and support functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for frontline, supervisory, managerial, and corporate positions.
  • Partner closely with Operations, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns for new store openings, replacement hiring, and business expansion.
  • Develop and optimize sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, campus recruitment, and other channels.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring volume, offer acceptance, pipeline conversion, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel and other recruitment tracking tools.
  • Ensure proper and timely candidate tracking through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment databases.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness, hiring turnaround time, and candidate experience.
  • Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company's ability to attract restaurant talent.
  • Establish and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the internal recruitment team to consistently achieve hiring targets and recruitment standards.
  • Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to management based on hiring trends, pipeline activity, and workforce requirements.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience in internal/in-house recruitment, preferably within a restaurant, QSR, fast food, hospitality, or retail organization.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume and multi-location recruitment.
  • Experience hiring restaurant crew, supervisors, store managers, area managers, and other operations positions is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting corporate and support-function recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong background in recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, pipeline development, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience supporting new store openings or large-scale manpower requirements is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong Excel proficiency for recruitment reporting, applicant tracking, and recruitment metrics.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and tight recruitment timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on hiring quality, recruitment volume, turnaround time, and manpower fulfillment.
