Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, PH Time) | Up to PHP 40K

You own the end-to-end recruitment process for Accounting and Finance roles, managing both client delivery and candidate pipelines across assigned job orders. Your work is defined by your ability to identify, assess, and secure qualified talent while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This is not a purely administrative role. You act as a client-facing partner—balancing candidate management, stakeholder communication, and market insights to deliver consistent hiring results.

This role is best suited for recruiters who are experienced in end-to-end hiring, confident in client interactions, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, hard-to-fill recruitment environments.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience specifically within the Accounting and Finance niche (non-negotiable).
• Strong Client Management experience, including leading calibration calls and managing delivery expectations.
• A background in BPO or RPO environments, or experience hiring for US-based client-facing roles in the tech or finance industry.
• End-to-end recruitment mastery, from initial screening to final placement and administrative coordination.
• Technical Proficiency in navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Financial Literacy: A background in Finance or Accounting that allows you to speak the language of the candidates you interview.
• Strategic Sourcing: Ability to collaborate with sourcers to refine search strings and develop creative solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
• Market Intelligence: A proactive habit of mapping the market and staying updated on competitive attraction methodologies.
• Communication Excellence: High-level written and verbal skills necessary for executive-level reporting and candidate coaching.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Client Management & Delivery

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for client delivery, overseeing the full hiring lifecycle for all assigned job orders.
• Facilitate client interviews and lead calibration meetings to ensure perfect alignment on technical requirements.
• Provide consistent, data-driven updates and formal reporting to clients on a weekly basis.

Candidate Lifecycle & Quality Control

• Evaluate shortlisted candidates from the sourcing team, conducting technical initial interviews to ensure they meet specialized finance criteria.
• Facilitate full profile completion and documentation for client endorsement, ensuring no gaps in the application.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with a Ready-Now pipeline of accounting professionals.

Internal Coordination & Strategy

• Collaborate across internal departments to solve talent acquisition challenges and implement recruitment policies.
• Market Intel: Map candidate information to provide competitive insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Execute administrative tasks including background check reviews and meeting coordination with executive stakeholders.
