Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent to meet our company's staffing needs. This role requires an individual with a strong network and database of IT professionals, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize your existing network and database to identify and source potential IT candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure their skills and experience align with our hiring requirements. Evaluate candidates technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with IT professionals, staying connected with industry trends and developments. Leverage your network to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Provide insights on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Provide necessary information to both parties and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring decisions in our applicant tracking system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about the IT job market, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Use this knowledge to advise hiring managers and make data-driven recruitment decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a successful track record of placing candidates in various IT roles.
- Established Network: Demonstrated ability to leverage an existing network and database of IT professionals here in the Philippines
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members to meet recruitment goals.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho) and other recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, OLJPH, Asana, Upwork, etc.)
