Job Description:
1. Creator Management & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of livestream creators across key categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring alignment with platform goals and campaign priorities.
- Provide regular performance feedback, training, and strategic guidance to improve content quality, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
2. Livestream Program Execution
- Work closely with internal category, marketing, and operations teams to match creators with brand campaigns and seller activations.
- Monitor livestream quality, engagement, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support the rollout of key livestream programs (e.g., Superstar, Golden Tick, Matchmaking) and ensure creator participation and satisfaction.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze creator performance using platform data to track GMV, orders, and engagement.
- Identify top-performing creators and nurture them for higher-tier programs or long-term partnerships.
- Recommend incentive structures and performance improvement plans based on data insights.
4. Strategic Growth & Ecosystem Building
- Contribute to building a scalable and sustainable creator ecosystem by identifying new talent pools and niche verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the creator experience through automation and platform tools (e.g., Creator Marketplace).
- Drive initiatives that strengthen creator loyalty and retention, ensuring Shopee remains the preferred platform for livestream creators.
Requirements:
- Has at least a Bachelor's degree of any business/marketing-related 4-year course
- 2-4 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, partnerships, or account management-preferably within e-commerce, media, or tech.
- Proven track record in end-to-end project management
- Hands-on experience applying data and insights to drive decision-making and project outcomes
- Experience in influencer marketing, campaign or brand management, or content/creator operations is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills comfortable managing external stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities - confident in planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects from start to finish
- Able to process and interpret data, and apply insights to optimize strategies and improve performance
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Slides, and project management tools
- A conscientious team player who takes ownership, follows through on details, and keeps others informed
- Results-driven mindset with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
