Job Description:

The role is responsible for ensuring that store operations strictly adhere to all internal Business System Procedures (BSPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly across critical operational activities. This includes reviewing audit and compliance reports submitted by the Operational Compliance Staff, identifying areas of non-compliance, determining root causes, and recommending appropriate corrective actions. The role also plays a key part in guiding and coaching team members to support both departmental goals and individual professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to external or internal audit and high-volume, fast-paced retail environments.
  • Proven experience leading teams, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
