Aufgabengebiet
- Provide end-to-end internal control support across business processes and markets
- Analyze internal control dashboards and financial data to identify risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities
- Drive the identification, resolution, and prevention of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts
- Conduct control reviews and support internal and external audit activities
- Ensure effective control validation for digital and robotics solutions
- Deliver internal control training and advisory support to stakeholders
- Participate in pre- and post-implementation reviews for system and process changes
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance, Internal Controls, or Audit
- Must have experience in auditing factory or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of SAP and exposure to Globe environments
- Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, IDEA, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be amenable to report in North Manila/Central Luzon at least once a week
