The Internal Communications Officer is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that foster employee engagement, promote organizational culture, and ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication plans that support business objectives and HR initiatives.
- Create engaging content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, digital platforms, etc.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across the organization.
- Support leadership communication by drafting speeches, announcements, and talking points.
- Support in managing internal events and campaigns that promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure communication materials are aligned with the bank's brand and regulatory standards.
