Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor position will be assigned to San Miguel Equity Investments, Inc. (SMEII), a wholly owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation (SMC) that oversees the Group's cement manufacturing and heavy building materials businesses, including its investments in Northern Cement Corporation and Eagle Cement Corporation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan
• Report and discuss audit findings, recommendations, and significant issues to the Management
• Communicates audit progress and findings by providing information in status meetings; highlighting unresolved issues; reviewing working papers; preparing final audit reports
• Conducting financial and operational audits and reviews in the different areas of manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, sales and marketing, information technology, human resources, and safety; to name a few
• Engage with a variety of stakeholders across the company and communicate the findings, recommendations, and follow-up of audit reports

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy is a must for this position
• CPA highly preferred
• With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Was able to handle a client or came from a manufacturing company
• Ability to communicate and interact with colleagues in the different levels of management
• Strong analytical and planning skills
