What You'll Do
- Assess internal control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly those with financial impact.
- Conduct audit engagements and assessments to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity.
- Perform and oversee the full audit cycle, including risk management, operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with relevant regulations and directives.
- Document audit findings comprehensively and prepare detailed reports summarizing audit work.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Management, or Computer Information Systems.
- Must have at least three (3) years of internal audit experience.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and their application in audits.
- Ability to analyze and address complex issues effectively.
- Capable of managing audit projects efficiently from planning to execution.
- Understanding of the company's products, services, and industry-specific risks.
