In this full-time position based in Novaliches Quezon City, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's financial processes and controls are robust and effective. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
Experienced in:
- Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of accounts and transactions
- Investigating and resolving variances and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Managing reconciliation of cash, vault balances, and ATM transactions
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (CPC, CIT, Finance) for issue resolution
- Preparing reconciliation reports and presenting findings to management
- Strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Handling audit requirements and supporting internal/external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial operations, with supervisory experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Can work on the on-site setup
- Can work in a shifting schedule
