Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Internal Audit Supervisor, based in Muntinlupa City. The role includes overseeing the internal audit process, evaluating financial risks, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and auditing financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency. A key responsibility involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of internal audits. Collaboration with various departments to ensure the alignment of financial and operational objectives is also a critical component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Risk Management abilities
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
• Extensive understanding and application of Internal Controls
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CPA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Proven experience in a leadership role within internal auditing or finance
