Role Description

We are looking for anInternal Audit Managerto lead audit operations for our restaurant and fine dining branches. You will conduct roving audits across multiple locations, focusing on operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance. A key part of your role will befixing costing reports and improving restaurant marginsyou won't just identify problems, you'll help solve them.

Qualifications

• Graduate ofAccountancy, Internal Audit, Finance, Restaurant Operations, F&B Management, or related field.
• At least 510 years of internal audit experience, with a strong background inrestaurant or fine dining operations.
• Proven experience inmulti-branch or roving audit roles.
• Strong understanding ofrestaurant cost structures(food cost, labor cost, overhead).
• Experience infixing costing reportsand analyzing product margins.
• Proficient in P&L analysis, variance analysis, and inventory control.
• High integrity, objectivity, and strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel frequentlyfor site visits across multiple locations.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/restaurant management systems.
