Role Description

Benlife Insurance is seeking a highly competent and detail-driven Internal Audit Manager to support and strengthen our internal audit function. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective risk management, internal controls, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and supervising internal audit engagements
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, systems, and processes
• Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps and improvement opportunities
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and conclusions
• Coordinate with management and auditees to ensure timely resolution of audit issues
• Support special audits, including operational and IT-related audits when needed

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proven work experience in the field of Audit
• Willing and able to work long hours when required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
