Job Summary: As a UnionBank Student Intern, you will support the department's daily operations, contribute to ongoing projects and participate in digital banking initiatives. You will work closely with mentors and leaders who will guide your development and expose you to real-world business challenges, best
practices, and the Bank's culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing day-to-day tasks and operational activities of the department
- Support data gathering, analysis, documentation, and report preparation
- Participate in process improvements, research projects, or system-related initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and project deliverables
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for meetings and reviews
- Help maintain accurate and organized files, trackers, and records
- Attend learning sessions, meetings, and department briefings to gain industry and functional knowledge
- Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to support continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in banking, digitalization, process improvement, and innovation
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to digital transformation initiatives in banking
