About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Learning and Development Intern to support our Human Resources team in implementing training and development initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate learning programs, employee development activities, training administration, and HR operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for students seeking practical experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of training programs and employee development activities.
- Support training logistics, including venue arrangements, attendance monitoring, and training materials preparation.
- Maintain and update training records, employee learning databases, and documentation.
- Assist in generating reports related to training participation and completion.
- Coordinate with employees and trainers regarding training schedules and requirements.
- Help create training presentations, communications, and learning materials.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
- Participate in HR projects and other initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Communication, or any related course.
- Requires internship/OJT as part of academic requirements.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
