Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives within your designated business function.
- Assist in conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports to support project objectives.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail and quality service delivery.
- Represent the organization positively and uphold its values and standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Must be a fourth-year college student currently enrolled in a university with a degree in related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Amenable to working onsite in Pasay City for the entire duration of the internship.
- Minimum of 300 Hours required.
- Passionate about the aviation/ground handling industry.
- Internship must be a requirement at the university and can provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
I. Human Resources Department Interns
- Currently taking up Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Canva and Microsoft.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
II. Finance Department Interns
- Currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related discipline
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with numerical data accurately.
III. Commercial Business Development (Marketing) Department Interns
- Currently taking up Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related discipline
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques is preferred.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and content, such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns.
IV. Resource Planning Department Interns
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
