Role And Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to a list of clients to discuss usage of products and services with the goal of increasing the customers comfort level with the product, and increase product use
- Utilize a Consultative Selling Approach in order to position Moneris as a competitive advantage to prospective customers.
- Resolving customer concerns, inquiries, and queries according to defined guidelines, processes and metrics set for performance
- Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly performance targets.
- Ensure all leads are actioned with the company's defined guidelines.
- Deliver daily, and weekly reporting as required
- Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
- Stay current with the industry trending and market conditions to position Moneris as a value added provider.
Qualification And Non-negotiable Requirements
- Working experience in sales – primarily outbound sales; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year
- Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry
- Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Hardworking and trainable * Pleasing and outgoing personality.
- Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule
- Excellent communication skills and English fluency both written and verbal
- Confident Ability to sell on the phone- outbound cold calling ability
- Strong pipeline management skills
