INTERMEDIATE BOOKKEEPER
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years bookkeeping for Australian accounting firms or SMEs

ABOUT THIS ROLE. . .
We are seeking an Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our team, supporting Australian firms with end-to-end bookkeeping.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Process AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage payroll, superannuation, and employee entitlements
- Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS under review
- Maintain accurate books in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- Support senior bookkeepers and managers with reporting tasks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3-4+ years bookkeeping experience in Australia-focused roles
- Sound knowledge of GST, payroll, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Xero and cloud-based add-ons
- Strong accuracy, timeliness, and organisational skills
