  • End-to-End AP Management: Manage the full Accounts Payable lifecycle, from invoice processing and creditor reconciliations to executing timely payment runs.

  • Ledger Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client prepayments, security deposits, and refunds.

  • Rigorous Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations to ensure internal records perfectly mirror external reality.

  • Delinquency Control: Proactively monitor outstanding balances and lead follow-up efforts on overdue accounts to minimize financial risk.

  • Month-End Support: Assist with the month-end close process by providing finalized reconciliations and resolving billing discrepancies.

  • Strategic Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, landlords, and suppliers to resolve complex billing queries with a high degree of professionalism.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience successfully managing both AP and AR functions. Experience within the accommodation, property, or hospitality industry is highly regarded.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in cloud accounting systems such as Xero or MYOB, with intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills.

  • The Credentials: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related program.

  • Operational Excellence: A proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with uncompromising accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communication Prowess: Professional written and verbal English skills, essential for cross-border collaboration and managing supplier/client relationships.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
