What You'll Do

• Prepare complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Manage small-to-medium client portfolios with limited supervision.
• Draft management and financial reports, including cash flow and budget analyses.
• Assist with IRS and state compliance matters (extensions, notices, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior accountants and managers across the Australian and US teams.

What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in US accounting, tax, or business services (public accounting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, federal/state tax compliance, and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.

• Experience with workflow management tools (Karbon, Jetpack, or similar).

US Tax experience is mandatory for this role. Applications without this background will not be considered.
