If you have 3+ years in Australian public practice and thrive on complex reconciliations, ATO lodgments, and mentoring junior staff - this is your next move. You will finish by 4 PM every day and build a Director or Partner path.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead accounts processing up to Trial Balance and prepare full financial statements for ATO lodgment.
- Own the full reconciliation cycle - bank accounts, balance sheet, monthly debtors/creditors, and asset holdings.
- Process complex corporate actions and resolve general ledger discrepancies with precision.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports with superannuation and income projections.
- Build bank rules for recurring transactions and optimize digital workflows through smart automation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all clients financial data and records.
- Bridge communication between junior staff and management to hit all targets and deadlines.

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in Australian accounting, specifically in a public practice or accounting firm
- A degree in Accountancy or a related field
- Deep working knowledge of BAS, IAS, and FBT returns.
- Full-cycle bookkeeping and AP/AR management experience
- Strong written and verbal English for Australian stakeholder collaboration
- Sharp analytical skills for complex reconciliations and critical thinking under pressure
