Role Overview

Thomas & George Fine Furniture is seeking a refined and sales-driven Interior Designer | Sales Associate to join our Team. This role is ideal for a client-facing designer who excels in bespoke furniture sales, design consultation, and delivering a highly personalized client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a consultative, high-touch sales experience for discerning clients
• Curate furniture selections, space plans, and interior concepts tailored to each client
• Present design proposals confidently to convert inquiries into sales
• Collaborate with production to ensure design intent and craftsmanship standards are met
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
  
  

Qualifications

• Background in Interior Design with strong sales capability
• Knowledge of furniture, materials, and interior styles
• Proficient in CAD and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience in space planning and FF&E
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in high-end furniture or luxury retail is an advantage
  
  

Additional Details

• Willing to work retail showroom hours (6 days/week, shorter Saturdays)
