INTERIOR DESIGNER (Licensed) | Experience in Luxury/High End Property Development

A detail-oriented Interior Designer responsible for maintaining the visual integrity and aesthetic standards of the development post-construction. Oversees the curation, styling, and upkeep of interior spaces, tropical landscapes, and exterior areas to ensure a cohesive quiet luxury design throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, or a closely related field.
• Must have experience in luxury/ high-end property development.
• Must know/is proficient in softwares like
• AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, ARCHICAD, REVIT.
• Has a total of 10+ years working experience.
• Licensed Interior Designer preferred; extensive portfolio may be considered in lieu of licensure.
